Strengthening Leadership Through Purpose and Alignment

On August 25, 2026, OSL Heads and Supervisors came together for a Mission and Vision Workshop facilitated by Mr. Ramon Galang, HR Learning and Organizational Development (OD) Manager.

The session provided leaders with an opportunity to revisit OSL's mission and vision and reflect on how these guide their leadership, decisions, and contributions to the organization.

Through interactive discussions and collaborative activities, participants explored how individual and departmental goals can support the company's overall direction. The workshop also encouraged leaders to consider how they can communicate and reinforce the organization's purpose within their respective teams.

The activity served as a meaningful opportunity to strengthen leadership alignment and shared direction, helping OSL leaders move forward with a clearer understanding of the organization's purpose and goals.
